I started taking GSH Complex® five months ago and my life a changed more than you can imagine. Let me tell you about my health problems. I was always tired. I could not stay up; I wanted to go to sleep all the time. For me a night of 12 hours sleep was fine. I had no energy to work around the house. To go to work, it took all I got to make the day. My sleep was not even restful. This is one. I also discover that I am a new diabetic. More, I have problem with my spin, the bones started to break away.
