During the first week of August 2006, Sylvie experienced an intolerance period (40 grams per day. She was having lactose intolerance symtoms. Since that day, Sylvie takes a teaspoon of GSH Complex® with two (2) Lactaid pills.

Near the end of September, Sylvie passed a maximum VO2 test with blood work (Lactate analysis) at the Peak Performance Center (www.peakcentremontreal.ca). She was suffering from hyperventilation and asthma. The report results were sent to Mr. Robert Gauthier via regular mail.

Since she started using the GSH Complex®, Sylvie noticed a significant improvement in her general aching and fatigue; she has recovered and has more energy to do physical activities after work. She has less hyperventilation and the asthma problem is almost gone. (Sylvie has no need for her Ventillation pump anymore).

On Friday, January 26, 2007, Sylvie had completed a running VO2 maximum test. Her tests came in with positive results. Sylive has reached the maximum cardio frequency for her age, 3 minutes at 185 heartbeats a minute...

In March 2007, Sylvie will take another maximum VO2 test and complete this study with bloodwork (the same as the one performed last September). This will allow us to validate her progress.
